Jack Carter (Sylvester Stallone) is a successful bookie whose brother, Frank, has died mysteriously. Jack goes to Seattle to attend the funeral and investigate. His investigations lead him to Jeremy Kinnear (Alan Cumming). Kinnear runs a porn ring that blackmails its victims. Jack is horrified to discover that his niece has been dragged into this diabolical trap. Determined to revenge Frank’s death and his niece’s rape, Carter takes out Jeremy, his partners and anyone else in his way.
