A group of young people out for a weekend of outdoor adventure experience car trouble deep in the Appalachian wilderness. Heading crosscountry for help leads them directly into the lair of a group of mysterious and murderous mountain men. Led by Jessie (Eliza Dushku) and Jimmy (Desmond Harrington) the small band of helpless kids try to survive as they are relentlessly picked off for no apparent reason other than the sheer sport of mayhem.
